Everything else was intentionally removed.

The goal was to create a calm and predictable productivity environment rather than another complex planning tool.
This approach was validated through user interviews and prototype testing.

OCR Task Recognition
Users will be able to create tasks by simply taking a photo of handwritten or printed notes.
The system uses:
• a self-hosted OCR pipeline
• multiple recognition models for printed and handwritten text
• automatic task parsing and structuring
This allows users to quickly convert notes, checklists, or whiteboards into structured tasks.
AI Task Assistant
The next stage of development focuses on AI-assisted task management.
The assistant will help users:
• generate tasks
• organize priorities
• structure daily plans
• automate recurring planning patterns
The goal is to transform CognifyTasks from a manual task manager into a personal productivity co-pilot.
