I had the opportunity to work with Ivan both as a mentor and later as his design lead on a shared project. Throughout our work together, he consistently proved himself to be a reliable, responsible, and thoughtful designer. He takes ownership of his work, approaches tasks seriously, and can be trusted to follow through on what he commits to. He also does a good job of exploring different possible solutions instead of stopping at the first obvious option, and is always open to feedback and discussion. One of his strongest qualities is communication. He is easy to work with, listens carefully to different perspectives, communicates his ideas clearly, and is always willing to find a reasonable compromise when needed. I’d recommend Ivan as a dependable designer and a strong team player who combines responsibility, solid execution, and effective collaboration.
